Executes tasks and assignments in a thorough, professional manner to assure a clean, attractive, safe environment with minimal interference to others.
Qualifications: Minimum Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions, and comprehend verbal instructions given in English.
Minimum Work Experience: None required.
Minimal related experience is desirable.
Physical Effort Required: Able to stand for long periods, stoop, kneel and reach.
Able to use a 16 or 24 ounce wet mop for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Working Conditions: Requires some handling of infectious and biologically unclean materials.
Frequent handling of cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
Possible exposure to hazardous materials or equipment.
Physical Working Environment: Normally works in a well-lit, well-ventilated area.
