Description 

Our client, a successful manufacturing and distribution company in Somerset are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide effective and proactive PA and general administrative support to the Managing Director.  
This is a varied and exciting role, suited to a hard-working candidate who has the attitude that no job is too small! Immediate start for the right candidate.
Location: Somerset
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full time, 40 hours pw
Salary: £25,000-£28,000k
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Diary management and booking meetings
Dealing with correspondence via phone and email
Preparing briefing materials
Producing reports and documentation
Minute taking
Conducting research and analysis
Ensuring action points from meetings are followed up
Creating PowerPoint presentations for use in internal and external meetings, conferences, and other internal and customer-facing events
Managing expenses and purchases
Organising travel itineraries and logistics
Assisting with sales administration and customer onboarding
Other support as and when required
This list is not totally exhaustive, and the job holder will be expected to complete additional tasks as reasonably requested by the Managing Director.  
Skills Required:
Ability to multi-task and able to think proactively
Ability to make autonomous decisions and know when to escalate an issue
Superb administration and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Must have good written and oral communication skills, able to tailor communications at different levels from day-to-day correspondence to board reports
Able to manage sensitive and difficult situations
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
