- Making outbound calls to businesses to qualify them on their telecoms requirements
- Building strong relationships with decision makers;
- Updating database record with correct information and cleansing data where necessary;
- Keeping up to date on market trends and new technologies;
- Acquiring new business;
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling solutions;
- Creating a unique solution for that business customer.
The ideal Sales Advisor:
We would love to hear from candidates with experience of working in the following roles: Sales Assistant, Customer Service Advisor, Account Manager, Business Development Executive or Sales Negotiator, though we will accept experienced and non-experienced candidates as full training is provided.
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills;
- Commitment to professional development and a desire to progress;
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
