IT Business Application Support / Application Analyst for a not-for-profit organisation who are expanding their portfolio of services across the North West.
The IT Application Analyst is a new role and will involve implementing Housing management systems ( in particular QL) identifying, developing and implementing business improvements to processes, operating practices and procedures enabling effective service delivery.
The Application Analyst will also be responsible for implementation of new systems and modules, including data conversion issues and other migration matters.
Key Responsibilities: Implementation and optimisation 3rd party software solutions to obtain optimum return on investment and business process efficiency.
Analyse business requirement through process mapping and implement system solutions Supporting the business in achieving: business process efficiency, value for money, its vision and business objectives Work with business users to write comprehensive enhancement specifications Systems support & maintenance of software systems to achieve optimum reliability and performance.
Liaising and consulting with other departments and staff on software related issues.
Work across different Housing modules including; CRM, Workflow, CBL, Voids, Property Allocations, Mobile systems and Case Management Data conversion and other migration issues Business Analysis, development of systems integration, testing and business information reporting solutions.
Implementation of new systems and system enhancements/changes and documentation.
Benefits: Basic salary up to 35k 25 days hols Pension and other benefits.
Successful candidates will have a background as a Business / Application Support Analyst and be well versed in implementing Housing management systems and supporting business processes.
You will be comfortable working with 3rd party software solutions and helping the business achieve business proficiency.
Any candidates with some experience working with a Housing Management System ( Aareon QL) and strong analysis skills are encouraged to apply.

THE Application Analyst roles are offered on an INITIAL 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, with significant opportunity of a permanent role thereafter.
The roles are based in Merseyside and offers a basic salary up to £35k with good benefits - but maybe some additional salary on offer for a candidate with relevant experience.
