Description 

Senior Community Fundraising Manager (5663)At Barnardo's, we believe in children.

Now we need you to play your part in making that vision a reality.We are looking for an exceptional fundraising manager with significant experience in Community Fundraising to lead our centralised Community Fundraising programme.

You will be an integral member of the Public Fundraising team, working closely with the Senior Regional Fundraising Manager and Head of Public Fundraising to significantly grow Community income.You will provide strategic vision to grow income across all community fundraising programmes and audiences, including BAME faith and community groups.

You will have experience of managing large budgets and be confident managing multiple projects, delivering them on time and within budget.

With substantial experience in product development and process management, you will be an excellent communicator, confident in influencing both internal and external stakeholders.

You will use your negotiating and influencing skills to bring new opportunities to Barnardo's, networking with individuals and organisations to introduce new Community partnerships, products and programmes.

You will work closely with the Senior Regional Fundraising Manager, Scotland Lead and the Senior Events Manager to ensure cross-team opportunities are utilised for Barnardo's.

You will bring your experience of generating significant income growth and delivering expert supporter centric journey's to drive forward insight and continuous improvement to the programme.

You will provide excellent line management to the Communities and Events BAME Officer and the three Community Fundraising Officers, in order to inspire the team to achieve our strategy.Reporting to Head of Public Fundraising, this role will offer the successful candidate a great opportunity to work in a supportive working environment with lots of potential for learning and development.
