We are looking for an experienced Administrator or Co-ordinator Administrative with at least 3 years experience (ideally graduate level) who is looking for a new and varied role in the Stansted area.
Dealing with project and case notes, maintaining files and recording communications Resolve client and supplier issues and addressing all outstanding issues per project to set timescales Collating paperwork in order to keep case notes on budget, supplier and project updates Use of internal systems, word, excel, outlook Compose emails and notes for meetings excel reporting Attend any meetings where needed and maintain a professional image of the organisation at all times Work closely with the Directors and be able to organise meetings and appointments across the business Plan and co-ordinate client meetings, project specifics and formulate survey feedback reports Work closely with the Finance team and used to working with high end clients A multi tasker who does not watch the clock and is passionate about delivering a high standard of work at all times.
