This market-leading business have over 30 years’ experience and pride themselves and on their expertise, long-term relationships with clients and candidates and bespoke services.
Our client has low staff retention rates as they put the people in the heart of everything they do, with loyal candidates and clients and valued employees.
This is not your typical corporate firm, they do not work by strict targets or KPI’s, instead they focus on the quality of services and relationships.
They are looking to expand their legal team within the London office by hiring an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant.
This is a full 360-recruitment role where you will take over a warm desk within the legal sector and have current active clients to utilise.
However, you will also generate new leads, expand the company’s network and grow your own desk.
