Sales Advisor

Senior Sales Advisor Part-Time (17 hours per week) £16,000 Gloucestershire My client has an exciting part-time Senior Sales Advisor opportunity to represent the company brand, managing enquiries from sales leads to sales conversion and right through to completion.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Super friendly is a must, along with a good understanding of our audience Excellent written and verbal skills Must be able to drive and have own car Feel conformable attending home visits Ensure all leads are dealt with correctly and data is effectively collected and recorded using the onsite CRM system - Sales Force Be positive about the community and the company Retirement Living concept Excellent understanding on the home buying process with experience of working with solicitors and estate agents / third parties Flexible approach to working hours Competent computer literacy required with an ability to work with computer programmers and systems including Microsoft products, Rightmove, and experience with Salesforce is preferred, but not essential as training can be provided, experience of using other CRM systems however is essential Excellent interpersonal and networking skills are essential.

The ability to relate to people of varying organisational levels and customer profiles An aptitude for being ultra-responsive to queries and enquiries from both external and internal parties is a must Ability to work calmly, methodically and to deadlines under pressure and as part of a team Awareness of current housing trends and retirement living sector, as well as the competitive landscape in Stow-on-the-Wold and surrounding areas Excellent accuracy skills and a conscientious attitude A keen eye for detail and ensuring the job is done correctly Ability to take control of a challenging situation whilst still providing excellent customer service both internally and externally Experience of new homes sales is essential, ideally with the retirement living sector As the client is keen for the candidate to hit the ground running previous experience of carrying out this type of role within development would be beneficial.
