Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in Reading, Berkshire.
The rate of pay is from £8.21 per hour to £11.67 per hour. Overtime is paid at £10.25 per hour to £13.94 per hour.
An Incentive Bonus Scheme is available at this site and amounts to £29.64 per week to every worker upon completion of all planned shifts per week. 
This incentive will run for 14 weeks starting from October 13th; to qualify for it, you must complete all scheduled shifts in that week; all weekly payments will be accrued weekly and paid in total on Friday, January 17th, 2020. 
Should you wish to leave the vacancy or leave the agency before January 17th, 2020, you will not be entitled to any accrued pay. 
Three shifts are available to you: 
6:00am to 2.00pm
2:00pm to 10.00pm
10:00pm to 6.00am
Your time at work 
Warehouse Operative work is active, and you will work in an ambient warehouse environment that has a controlled temperature. 
You will be responsible for handling goods and your day-to-day duties will include: 
Picking produce and selecting stock
Stacking items into cages
Delivering items and cages to the loaders
Using manual handling equipment in a busy environment
You'll move items from pallets to cages, stacking goods in layers and taking care not to damage any stock. To pick items for customer orders, you will use LLOPs and the AMT scanning system. 
In an average shift, you will repeatedly have to lift and move items weighing more than 15kg.

You need to be able to speak English at a conversational level so that you can communicate easily and effectively with the team. 
No previous experience is necessary, as you will be trained for this role.
