Senior iMIS Consultant.

Home based with frequest travel to Clients UK wide.

£35k to £50k.

A stunning opportunity tor an experience iMIS consultant /Specialist to deliver iMIS related solutions and projects at clients accross the UK for a highly respected global iMIS reseller.

Role Description As an iMIS consultant working for you will have a proven track record of working with the iMIS system either at a technical, system administrator level, or as a senior business user.

You will have a good knowledge of the everyday use of the iMIS system within a membership or not for profit organisation and experience of using iMIS’s features to solve business problems.

You will have good spoken and written communication skills and great interpersonal skills allowing you to communicate and build working relationships with everyone from senior managers through to support staff .

Primary Roles and Responsibilities Provide iMIS consulting services to clients including, but not limited to o Installation o Configuration o Customisation of the iMISsystem.

o Project management Work within all parts of the iMIS system including but not limited to o Traditional iMIS Desktop o RiSE based websites o SQL o SSRS o IQA Provide consultancy services to clients regarding the use of add on products and extensions to the iMIS system o Those developed by the company o Those developed by 3rd parties.

Play an active part within the Global Team working with other team members in other countries as part of project delivery teams.

Represent the company at client sites as part of a service/project delivery team or as part of a sales team/process.

Represent the company at trade shows,exhibitions and other events when needed promoting the companies services and software.

Work with the Global team members globally to deliver services to clients concerning other products and services.

Maintain positive working relationships with clients ensuring client satisfaction though regular calls and visits where needed.

Use these relationships to upsell and cross sell additional software and services.
