My client is looking for maternity cover based in Middlesbrough for an Administrator so support the busy projects team.

Principle Accountabilities: Checking and logging all timesheets ready for payment for internal staff and sub-contractors in line with required deadlines.

Assisting with compiling fitting packs for up and coming projects.

Logging KPI information from Client feedback forms.

Organising training and updating registers.

Ensuring we have all QITP sheets logged and up to date for projects.

Updating and maintaining subcontractors register, including performance scoring, training and new contract paperwork.

Liaising with other departments to chase delivery dates for materials and required paperwork for projects etc.

Updating and maintaining PPE issuing register for install teams and subcontractors.

Logging tool box talks, from Project Managers and departmental managers.

Organising vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Distributing and logging, van, tool and site check sheets.

Updating access/lifting equipment checks and log.

Respond to and prioritise in order of importance all enquiries.

To support and work alongside and support other departments and colleagues when required This role will suit someone who enjoys a fast pace environment and every day being different.
