We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator taking Technical Product Ownership of our Lightning Salesforce solution.
In this role, you will be expected to provide technical oversight of the day to day running and ongoing changes for our pan-European Salesforce implementation at Awaze.
The implementation project is underway, and this is a great opportunity to get involved while the rollout is in progress.
You will be taking ownership of the platform in business as usual (BAU) for new modules and processes added as well as keeping the existing implementation running and up to date according to the latest best practices in the industry.
You will be working closely with the Product Managerbeing responsible for the BAU implementation, improvement and strategy approach of those projects.
Accountabilities Provide value to the Business by automating complex business processes Take lead of scrum teams as the Technical Product Owner closely with the Product Manager Responsible for the day to day running and upkeep of the Salesforce Platform (triaging and prioritising Incidents), including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other apps that we might add as part of our roadmap Responsible for the success of the platform, collecting feedback from across the business and using this to inform the platform roadmap Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout all change requests and backlog related to customizing and development tasks on the platform Plan & Prioritising incidents, change requests from the business with relevant stakeholders for the Product and the documentation around those requirements and prioritisation Participate in the release cycle, from testing of the features/coordinating testing with business users, release from test environments to production as well as final documentation of the latest release features Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules and custom objects Responsible for data quality and integrity, and work with the data team to manage business requirements relating to data quality queries and priorities Identify, follow and drive best practice relating to Salesforce behaviours Reporting and Dashboards as needed New Users, roles updates Training users on using Salesforce Skills Experience of Salesforce.com with a strong focus on customizing, flows, process builder, validation rules, and system integrations Strong business process analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com CRM Self-Directed learning, problem solving, and researching of system issues Project Management and Organization Skills Creative thinker with a Technical and Business vision Experience with a multi-region and multi-currency organization Strong verbal/written communication, presentation and leadership skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams Admin 201 Certified or willing to take up Salesforce certification as a learning path Jira, Confluence or other Agile tool (desirable) Other Salesforce Certificates (desirable) Experience in Administering Salesforce Lightning or implementing Lightning Experience with Service Console (desirable) Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce (desirable) Continuous integration using Bitbucket for feature releases (desirable)
