Duties: Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information Ensure the adequacy, accuracy and storage of information on contacts, companies, leads, tenders, projects and team and present reports Gather information on opportunities and market trends Coordinate the sales meetings Organise B2B meetings Produce quarterly sales reporting Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Events: Produce and manage the events plan and budget Plan and organise all internal and external events Coordinate with the marketing team to create event invitations Manage and oversee events on the day Liaise with event providers and venues Coordinate with the accounts department for payments Coordinate reporting on events Research, benchmark and suggest events Monitor the events' success, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Other: Assist the team in marketing duties whenever required Assist the support team whenever required (reception, administrative tasks).
We would like: Experience in sales Written and verbal communication skills Good computer skills Good organisation skills Attention to detail Team player Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Sharepoint Objectives Facilitate, monitor and improve the sales team's activities to maximize their performance Increase knowledge of opportunities in the London fit out and refurbishment market Ensure all events are planned and organised in a timely manner to be successful.
