Reporting to the Payroll Manager, working within a team
Must have full start to finish on payroll legislations including Tax, NI, SMP, SSP etc
Manage & prioritise the payrolls to meet tight deadlines.
Investigate & analyse risk of noncompliance and make recommendations for process improvements
Complete payroll reconciliations for all global payroll after each run and ensure accuracy of data, investigate any issues and make amendments.
Good excel skills including v-look-ups and pivot table are desirable for this vacancy.
Ability to manually calculate statutory payments and deductions.
Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with and resolving complex payrolls.
