Role: Luxury Brand - Senior Customer Service Executive Location: Leeds City Centre Hours: 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday Start Date: February Salary: £23-25k DOE Do you believe that Customer Service should be tailored to each person so they feel heard and respected? Are you passionate about going above and beyond for the customer? Office Angels are proud to be working with a luxury retailer in Leeds City Centre to find them a Customer Service Superstar to join their small, friendly team who can manage the Customer Service function.

This is not customer facing so you if you have a great telephone manner, love being passionate about what you do, are able to coach and manage team members and want to feel heard within a business, you shouldn't miss this opportunity You'll be based in a fantastic city centre location within a business that cares about your input on products and understand that you are the voice of the company.

You will be organised, thorough, efficient and confident along with having warm and friendly personality.

This opportunity is ideal for those who have previously worked in a similar position or an office administrator who wants to work within an exciting, growing business that will invest in you as they grow.
