Resource Planning Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Resource Planning Analyst based at our clients head office in Crewe.
Salary £22,000 a year plus a host of excellent benefits, including an on site costa coffee, subsidized restaurant, health and wellbeing package, pension and free parking!
Our client is a global organization, that have recently been appointed to manage the call operations for an international bank who are very well known on the high street.
As a Resource Planning Analyst you will be responsible for building and maintaining staff rotas and monitoring staff attendance for a busy call centre environment. This will have two primary responsibilities: active management and optimisation of call delivery to Contact Centres, and a mixture of both resource planning & Scheduling.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Management and Ownership of Time-Off Authorisation & Scheduling
* Running Daily and Weekly Operational Reporting Suites
* To analyse historical positive and negative forecast deviations, identifying service level risk and opportunities to achieve further efficiencies
* To successfully use the technology and information available to identify and diligently promote daily activity and organise rescheduling to maintain the best possible future service levels
* Occasional coverage of Real-Time Duties during planned and unplanned absence within the team
Our ideal candidate will be extremely organised and have a high resilience to identify and understand anomalies and trends in data.
Key requirements for the role include:
* Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal.
* Previous experience of working in a frontline or back-office planning function.
* Experience of building & maintaining effective operational reports.
* Real-Time experience would be beneficial
* WFO is preferable but not essential
