Sightsavers has an exciting new opportunity for a Fundraising Analysis Assistant to join the Fundraising Analysis team based in our Haywards Heath office (45 minutes from London and 20 minutes from Brighton).

Salary: c£22,000 - £24,000 per annum The Fundraising Analysis Team form an integral part of the Individual Giving and Marketing department.

The wider Global Fundraising team is responsible for raising over £35m of largely unrestricted income.

Sightsavers has fundraising programmes in Italy, Sweden, Norway, UK, US, Ireland and India.

About the Role This crucial role is responsible for supporting data selections and reporting for our direct marketing work across the UK, Ireland, Sweden and Norway.

This will include: Working on wider analysis projects Running data selections and providing post-campaign analysis Working with the Digital Fundraising Team to full integrate online marketing Tracking both retention rates and lifetime value through data analysis Face to face meetings with internal customers Regular liaison with internal departments, external agencies and suppliers Supporting bespoke marketing analysis tasks such as response tracking, supporter profiling and Excel-based report creation About You You’re a logical thinker with great attention to detail You might have a maths degree, but you’ll definitely have an interest in data and a high level of literacy and numeracy skills You have knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or databases You have great communication skills – in person and in writing You can prioritise effectively and meet deadlines You have the ability and confidence to provide proactive support and advice to multiple stakeholders Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools (such as Faststats, Alterian, MS Access, Power BI, Google Analytics) would be really helpful This is an opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative and highly motivated team where you will have the opportunity to make a big impact on the fundraising programme and grow with the role.
