Quantity Surveying Graduate

We need graduates of the highest calibre to become our future leaders.

In exchange for your hard work and commitment, we will support you with a top quality graduate training programme to ensure you build a construction career with strong foundations.

The Role Starting in September 2020, you will be recruited as a Quantity Surveying Graduate, completing a structured 6 week induction to the business before focussing on your role.

During the two years of the programme you will work mainly in our offices learning the science of quantity surveying, but also spend 6 week placements in broader business departments (site operations, technical and business development) to gain an insight into the wider business.

In addition you will attend graduate programme days at our head office in Tamworth and around the business.

You will also complete the Institute of Leadership and Management's Level 2 Award in Team Leading as an introduction to the world of management, and we will support your progress to full RICS membership.

Skills & Experience Candidates will have graduated in 2019 or be graduating in 2020 and have gained or be predicted to gain at least a 2.1 in a construction related degree such as Quantity Surveying.

A RICS approved degree course would be an advantage.

Successful candidates will have achieved high academic standards as well as being able to demonstrate a passion and commitment for a career in the construction industry.

We will be looking for evidence of leadership skills, ability to work in a team, and a commitment to excellence.
