PE IS SEARCHING FOR A DYNAMIC DIRECTOR, COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & HRIS TO JOIN OUR TEAM!



This newly created role with focus on strategy, technology & automation for the HR Compensation, Benefits and HRIS metrics & analytics growth focus.



HRIS/HR OPS



* Implementation and execution of due diligence process and function as project lead for M&A initiatives to ensure successful integration into companys benefits and compensation practices.

* Development and maintenance of the HRIS system in collaboration with HR teams and leadership to ensure proper reporting on key HR metrics.

* Prepare consolidated dashboard to VP HR.



BENEFITS & COMPENSATION



* Lead all activities related to the health and benefits cycle including plan design changes and related costing, recommended contribution strategy.

* Manage Payroll team: Payroll Manager and 2-3 Payroll and Benefit Specialists.

* Build your own team as business needs change and grow.

* Manage and ensure compliance for all benefits and compensation programs, including but not limited to variable compensation plans, health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, employee assistance, 401(k), and other company plans and programs.

* Collaborate with benefit broker for forecast and strategy for benefits model.

* Collaborate with VP, Human Resources and business leaders to understand issues related to benefits and compensation; provide counsel on benefits and compensation related opportunities and challenges.

* Manage, negotiate and effectively partner with third-party solution and administrative providers.

* Analyze various benefits and compensation data to identify trends/issues and proposed/implemented solutions.

* Develop, implement, and administer total rewards strategies that help the company offer competitive benefits, enhance the wellness and productivity of employees while managing costs and complying with all laws and regulations.

* Define and establish proper salary structure, and monitor benchmarking data;

* Define and establish proper grade and title structure and align with various benefits eligibility criteria;

* Define salary policy, in line with established company philosophy;

* Review current bonus plan, eligibility and effectiveness. Recommend changes and implement as required;

* Create and implement guidelines and processes for salary changes, promotions, merit increases,

* Lead and maintain compensation strategies for the company by recommending standardized programs, sales and commission plans, bonus programs, as needed.

* Ensure all programs offered by Total Rewards are innovative and compelling with regard to trends, practices, and costs.



PAYROLL



* Oversight of Payroll Team to ensure optimal performance and compliance with laws and regulations



LEADERSHIP



* Build team needed to execute on key services, including benefits administration, reward & recognition, due diligence, integration & HRIS capabilities

* Lead, develop and provide mentorship to team



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION



* BA/BS degree in related field.

* 7+ years of Manager/Director level relevant experience in Comp, Benefits and HRIS

* Proven track record of automating an or implementing technical changes to the department regarding Compensation, Benefits and HRIS.

* Experience with MEWA (Multi Employer Welfare Association) is extra extra credit.

* Experience leading the relationship with vendors and brokers in ownership areas.
