Senior Administrative Assistant

Specific responsibilities will include:

Provides advance administrative assistance to Vice President and members of the Chief Medical Office Functions under general supervision

Greets visitors, answers and returns phone calls to appropriate areas and answers routine inquiries

Prepare routine and non-routine correspondence, reports, agendas, meeting minutes, spreadsheets and presentations.

Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, maintain and update internal operations documents, such as document templates, work instructions and training documents

Maintains calendar for VP and Senior Directors

Provides travel, schedule, and meetings coordination for VPP and Senior Directors

Ensures office equipment remain in working order and are services on a regular basis


Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of related and proven professional administrative experience with particular preference for candidates with experience within

pharmaceutical, biotech or large organizational environment,

Advanced skills in MS Office

Candidate must be have excellent planning, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while organizing multiple tasks and meeting aggressive deadlines.

Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
