JOB SUMMARY

The Spectrum Operations Analyst I is responsible for performing financial analysis, business trending, competitive analysis, marketing analysis, overall customer/data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.



MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience



Identify and analyze all data elements required to produce management reports on business operational performance metrics.



Perform financial analysis, business trending, competitive analysis, marketing analysis overall

customer/data analysis, new product analysis, forecasting and budgeting.



Support management in identifying key performance drivers for management purposes.



Analyze all assumptions in long-term financial model.



Analyze and report variances of actual performance to metric projections contained in financial model.



Develop ad hoc reports as necessary and ensure accuracy of data produced.



Provide weekly Executive Summaries of Key Performance Indicators.



Perform other duties as requested by supervisor



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Analyze and interpret data

Communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner

Communicate with all levels of management and company personnel

Handle multiple projects and tasks

Maintain confidentiality

Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure

Manage multiple projects at one time

Prioritize and organize effectively

Show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties

Use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)

Work independently

Proficiency in data analysis, report creation

Knowledge of cable television products and services preferred



Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Economics or related field, equivalent training, education and experience or equivalent work experience



Related Work Experience

1-2 years: Quantitative analysis experience
