Job Title: Receptionist & Admin Officer
General office duties including, filing, emailing, printing, photocopying, errands, data entry and typing letters for all areas.
Purchase office supplies and other items for staff and management.
Operates office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
Provide ideas to improve office functionality.
Offer any other task as needed by staff and management.
Answer telephone, greet visitors, and receive routine inquiries in person and by phone, relaying calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
Offer administrative and food assistance to guests, staff, and management.
Receive, sort, and distribute paperwork.
Arrange and schedule meeting room schedule and bookings.
Ensure cleaning schedule is followed for the entire office.
