Sr. Director, Digital Marketing

Global Digital Marketing is responsible for developing full funnel integrated

digital media strategies to drive both brand and commerce goals across multiple

regions, including EU and APAC in addition to North America. This leader will

create overarching strategy to optimize a multi-million dollar budget and

oversee all media across branding, prospecting, consideration and retention

objectives for Tory Burch and Tory Sport brands. Bringing deep expertise in

SEM, SEO, Display, Social and Affiliate channels, they will be responsible for

managing a team of performance and brand media channel managers and for

providing critical thinking and thought leadership on the integrated omni-

channel customer experience.


Strategic Ownership & Business Goals

Translate overarching business goals into actionable digital marketing

strategies tied directly to P&L.

Develop and maintain close constructive cross-functional partnerships.

Develop overarching and regional specific strategies across markets and brands

to scale digital programs globally.

Present global digital market strategies to executive level leadership.

Full Funnel Digital Media Ownership

Set the overarching goals and strategy for global digital acquisition and

retention programs across all markets - US and international

Own the paid media strategy and optimize spend to drive growth and meet goals

across Search, SEO, Display, Paid Social and Affiliate channels.

Work with agencies to develop ROI positive integrated media strategies that

deliver against brand and business goals. In particular, must have expert level

understanding of performance channels as well as E-Commerce business models and


Maintain continuous knowledge and status on all campaigns, identifying and

quickly resolving obstacles, take real time decisions on reallocation of spend

as needed.

Manage agency relationships and optimize agency roster to deliver objectives.

Innovate within existing channels and develop incubation strategy for emerging


Customer Experience & Audience Development

Scale digital marketing personalization tactics and segmentation strategies.

Optimize our current digital customer journey and segmentation model to enhance

user experience and improve media performance.

Build API integrations with CRM.

Be responsible for developing digital media tactics to support our corporate

CRM strategies. Work closely with CRM, business, site experience and creative

teams to develop holistic campaign strategies. Develop a roadmap for a data

driven digital media audience development model, evaluate marketing

technologies, and make product recommendations.

Measurement & Reporting

Manage global budget, KPI forecasts, and oversee performance reporting and

analyses to turn performance insights to action.

Drive implementation of incrementality testing and multi-channel attribution

model to increase opportunities across the funnel.

Lead evolution to data-driven attribution and online to offline measurement

model, including implementing offline conversion tracking.

Develop performance dashboard to show how strategies have delivered against

objectives. Present results to senior leadership on a regular cadence.


Evaluate overall digital marketing ecosystem at Tory Burch, creating a roadmap

for technical tools and process updates necessary to drive overall digital and

ecommerce growth.

Team Leadership

Manage and develop a team of 5+ professionals.

Work as a leader and trusted partner across the various cross functional teams

at Tory Burch. You will develop a close partnership with our creative team, our

editorial leads and our marketing program teams around the world to support our

collective efforts.


10+ years experience with and expert level understanding of SEM, SEO, Display,

Social and Affiliate channels. BA in business, marketing, or quantitative area


Experience developing full funnel digital media strategies to achieve both

online and offline brand and business goals.

Strong communication skills with a keen understanding of when and how to adapt

to more analytical vs visual audiences.

Excellent team management and leadership skills.

Experience leading global teams or working in global markets on digital media

is strongly preferred.
