Senior Director Sales Bertucci's Attleboro


The Senior Director of Sales will be responsible for leading a team, as well as

handle a market, to develop sales strategies that generate banquet and event

and catering revenue from the corporate and association markets inbound to Las

Vegas for the portfolio of Earl Enterprise restaurant concepts.

This position requires past leadership managing a sales team. The Senior

Director of Sales will lead and develop overall strategy and revenue generation

for the Las Vegas market through generating additional business with existing

accounts and well as new business acquisition.

This position requires leadership and development of new business opportunities

through solicitation of existing relationships, cold calls, trade shows, hotel

partnerships, destination management companies, bureaus and other relevant

groups as it relates to the corporate and association market to meet and/or

exceed food and beverage goals.

Leading a team while handling a market to generate revenue to include but not

limited to:

* Maximize unit profitability through proper yield management

* Book group events for all Earl Enterprise restaurant concepts in the Las

Vegas market.

* Develop and implement sales strategies for banquet events and catering


* Communicate all event details as necessary through established internal


* Partner with Local Community Groups, Major Corporations in the Area,

Hotels, Destination Companies, Convention & Visitor Bureaus/Associations,

Meeting Planners, and other relevant groups through outside sales

strategies to generate banquet and catering sales.

* Conduct sales presentations, meetings and host events-onsite and offsite

with qualified clients on a weekly basis.

* Generate and conduct weekly site inspections.

* Follow up on leads and inquiry calls promptly to secure high closing and

conversion ratios.

* Implement promotions and programs with local and national corporate and

association planners based upon assigned vertical or geographical


* Liaise with and travel to Orlando corporate office when necessary.

* Create a positive guest experience and provide quality service through

detailed group event planning with culinary and operations team.


Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience: 7 - 10 years hospitality leadership experience required. Group

meetings market experience with corporate, association and/or travel industry

(emphasis on T&T) sales experience required. Hospitality experience required.

Hotel/Theme Park/Destination Management direct experience with corporate,

association and/or Travel Industry preferred. Restaurant sales and catering

industry experience a plus.
