As a Customer Support Manager at SUEZ Laboratories at Lenham Heath, who offer a wide range of high quality accredited analytical services for the environmental, construction, waste, fuel and engineering industries, you’ll be helping customers reduce their impact on the environment .
About the role
The customer support manager will be based at Lenham Heath, in Kent, with a salary around £35,000 per annum, depending on level of experience. It will be 40 hours a week from Monday-Friday 9-5:30 and comes with Pension, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, dental plan scheme, gym membership scheme, childcare vouchers.
What will I be doing?
You will be a member of the management team that has overall responsibility for enquiries, contract review, sub-contracting of testing, reporting of results, all aspects of customer service and ensuring the client requirements are met. You will identifying training needs of staff members through regular meetings and appraisal reviews. You will Responsible for maintaining quality assurance within the department and ensuring any changes to policy or procedure are effectively communicated to the Quality Department.
What are the requirements?
A degree or equivalent in an appropriate scientific discipline would be an advantage or a scientific background with thorough knowledge of chemistry. But a strong Customer Service/Sales background and management experience in an UKAS regulated Laboratory would also be considered.
You need to be organised, a motivator with great people skills.
