Our client is a leading name in the industry with a strong, growing presence. Due to continued growth of the organisation whilst they look for a permanent Finance Assistant they are looking to recruit an interim as soon as possible to manage the vast volumes of invoicing, Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger skills required.
Our client is looking for a skilled Finance Assistant or Assistant Accountant for a 3 month interim position. This is an ideal position for a Finance professional with experience in the lift and escalator industry looking to work for a Global player in the market.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Invoicing
Coding and processing of supplier invoices and reconciliation with supplier statements
Matching of supplier invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes.
Raising payments on the bank for approval and posting on to the accounting system.
Posting of receipts on to customer accounts and matching against invoices
Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
Running sales and product reports that will be used across the business.
Calculation of weekly and monthly overtime for time-sheets.
Processing mileage, credit card and expense claims and ordering of uniform for employees
Ideally we are looking for candidates with a solid Finance understanding with experience working in the Lift or Escalator industry.
Are you AAT Level 2, 3 or 4?
Do you have experience as a Finance Assistant and confident on accounting software?
You will be considered for the role if you demonstrate a sound understanding of invoicing, purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control.
You will need to be available on a short 2 week notice or immediately available
