Sales Solutions Specialist - Dutch Speaking (€90k/95k p.a.) + Commission

Location: Holland / Home based Department


Our client is an Innovative Tech firm in the digital security industry and is seeking a is seeking a Dutch Speaking Sales Solutions Specialist either based in the Netherlands who is prepared to travel

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with sales directors to build a consistent sales approach for our clients solutions for current and prospective customers.

Client types include law enforcement agencies and governmental organisations

Act as subject matter expert for the sales team during pre-sales qualification, demos, proof of concepts and provide support throughout client onboarding

Demonstrate products, assist sales staff, execute and/or assist in the execution of workshops at trade shows and other industry, client, or partner events

Work with all relevant stakeholders both internal and external customers to create and provide customer specific value propositions

Work closely with the product team to ensure our value proposition is well crafted, well communicated and well suited for the target audience

Grow the sales pipeline and increase the pipeline conversion rate

Help to close deals effectively with the sales team

Collaborate with market and solutions development teams to drive sales enablement, better understand our clients, and focus on sales campaigns to increase revenue

Key Skills:

Has the aptitude and educational background to understand the full breadth of the clients products and solutions

Experience in building value proposition and selling complex technology solutions, e.g. analytical solutions and bundled hardware, software, professional services,

Is self-sufficient and can perform necessary tasks with minimal supervision

Understands strategic selling strategies, including direct and indirect customer approach

Is comfortable interacting directly with customers and potential customers

Has closed deals in previous roles

Can build compelling demos that resonate with different through presentations able to demonstrate products remotely, using both telephone and/or the internet


Ability to transform strategy into results

Ability to work in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and often pressure-filled environment

Ability to influence, coach and motivate others and promote teamwork


Strong written, communication and presentation skills

High level of European travel is required

Speaks, reads and writes English and Dutch fluently

Package: Basic (€90k/95k p.a.) + Commission (OTE €120k) + Benefits
