Well not this time round, one of our favourite clients are looking to continue their success through doubling their global sales function. Part of this will be through hiring a dynamic, high performing VP Sales to run with the EMEA growth. If you are comfortable manging different regional teams in a fast growth, highly transactional sales environment, this is the role for you.

JOB TITLE: VP Sales, EMEA.
LOCATION: London
PACKAGE: £110k basic, £180k OTE, Healthcare, Pension, Potential Stock Options.

They provide a leading cloud platform for the hotel industry. Incorporating a booking engine, a distribution platform and a real-time market intelligence solution to help with pricing rooms, they commit to increasing the occupancy rate of their customers.
Trendy offices in the heart of West London, with further offices across the globe including; has offices in Bangkok, Cape Town, Dallas and Sydney.

KEY EXPERIENCE

Experience leading, managing and motivating successful sales teams previously.
You will come from a SaaS background.
Experience working in both large and smaller organisations.
Familiar working within an organisation that operates both an inside and enterprise sales function.
Any experience across the hospitality sector would be beneficial.

ROLE INFORMATION

Sales leadership role focused on leading, managing and inspiring your sales team.

Drive the team’s performance, making sure all staff are getting regular feedback on both their achievement and where they can be improving.

Responsible for a team of 8 Regional Sales Managers and 30 Sales Executives. This number will be rising to 60 – you will play a key part in the recruitment and retention of future sales candidates.

Regular interaction with the Managing Director – providing feedback on metrics, sales figures, projections etc
