A successful company based just outside of Alton are keen to welcome an enthusiastic and friendly individual to assist with their Christmas Campaign.
You will be a key part of the team, providing client service and administrative support.
Your varied day will include the following:
* Taking calls from customers
* Processing and tracking orders
* Liaising with internal teams including the warehouse to ensure 'smooth running' of operations
* Inputting data
* Answering emails
* Assisting with any problems/issues that may arise
Working hours are 9am-5:30pm with an hour for lunch.
Due to the nature of the role, there are four Saturdays that you will be required to work:
17th and 24th of November, 1st and 8th of December. Overtime rates will apply.
Rural surroundings with on site parking.
