About the Role
You will speak to Key BusinessDecision-makers that you don't know and find out what challenges they face in their IT and Telecoms and then suggest a solution from our menu of services that will meet their needs. Solution Selling is what it's all about!
To do this successfully you will be:
Building relationships with existing and potential customers
Hitting the targets, the team needs to achieve its goals
Managing potential customers so you can call them when they are ready to buy
Generating new leads for colleagues in field sales
Qualifying potential customers from our data to see if they may need what we can provide
Selling product solutions directly over the phone
Reviewing clients accounts to work out the best solution for the customer
You need good Maths and English skills (GCSE C and above) both written and verbal
We account manage and sell solutions to BT’s existing customer base and new customers in the Thames Valley. We act on behalf of BT, using BT’s systems, BT campaigns and sell only BT Business Products to the SME market.

You will be working in a Modern sales office in an immediate team of 7. We are currently a team of 13 people with 8 being in sales, however we expect to grow to 15 in the very near future. Our culture is lively with a family feel. Everyone works together to achieve the collective goal whilst working towards their own individual targets. We work hard but never forget to have a lot of fun.
You will be working with experienced Desk Sales Consultants who will help you get up to speed quickly. They report to the Sales Manager who in turn reports to the Managing Director, so you will have strong leadership and direction to help you achieve the most from your career with us.
