Hours: 35 hour working week – hours worked dependent on role:
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 9am to 3.30pm, Week 2 - Monday to Friday 12pm to 8pm plus Saturday 9am to 2pm OR
Week 1 Monday to Friday 8am to 2pm, Week 2 Monday to Friday 1pm to 6.45pm & Saturday 9am to 2pm, Week 3 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Week 4 Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm

This position involves answering incoming calls, dealing with queries and complaints by using your initiative and providing customer care to people from all different backgrounds.
You will work as part of a team to meet targets, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and accurately recording information, ensuring up to date records are maintained.
Depending on your team you may also be making outgoing calls to customers who are in financial difficulty, to help them by making them aware of their debt, offering guidance and agreeing repayment plans.
Ideally for this role you will have some debt collection/arrears experience but full training is provided.
You will need to have strong Customer Service experience, a good telephone manner and be confident enough to make decisions under pressure.
If you enjoy speaking to people, have GCSE Maths and English (A-C or equivalent) are persuasive and can negotiate then APPLY NOW!
