An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Centre for Enfield, Brooks Farm and Forty Hall Farm. The postholder will take responsibility for the College’s day-to-day estates operations including health and safety management. A key requirement is to work closely with the Executive Director of Estates and Commercial Operations in developing a holistic approach to the strategic development of the centre’s infrastructure.

You will be an excellent manager of people, you will have a sound understanding of stakeholder expectations, particularly those of students and staff. You should have a commitment to professional excellence and proven experience of collaborative working with both professional and academic colleagues.

The successful candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of managing a vehicle fleet and logistics. You will also possess sound experience of managing health and safety and safe working practices.
