An experienced Repairs Planners / Schedulers needed on a permanent basis to work for a an industry's leading main contractor specializing in facilities management.
As a planner we need someone who has worked in a housing sector before and is able to work in a fast-paced environment allocation around 50 orders a day. As a Planner / Scheduler you need to be experienced dealing with members of public on a daily basis, as well as in scheduling works into diaries for up to 40 operatives daily, booking appointments with residents, assessing and booking recalls as well as arranging inspections for supervisors, having overall strong administrative and customer service background.

- Knowledge withing housing / property management / facilities management industries
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Confident user of Excel and MS Office packages (Maximo knowledge will be highly desirable)
