Office Angels are proud to be supporting our leading client based in Winchester with their search for a Customer Service Advisor. This role involves working in a busy and friendly team whose main focus is to provide outstanding service to customers.
Daily duties in this role include monitoring the jobs board, taking calls from customers and then accurately entering all details of the call onto the in house system. You will then be responsible for allocating the correct tradesmen for the job based on skills, availability and locality.
The successful candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written; has previous experience gained within a customer service based role and be highly organised. Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm, which will be confirmed on a weekly rota. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity and the client would require full commitment to the role.
