Front Desk Management:
· Answer incoming calls
· Handle Studio’s communication and reply to the client’s promptly.
· Keep the front desk neat and clean
· Welcome and greet the clients / inquiries as soon as they enter the studio.
· Handling inward / outward couriers
· Manage stationery and coordinate with stationery vendors
· Coordinate different vendors if required
· Maintain stock of Pilates socks.
· Filing of intake forms and client’s records
· Update Clients’s details like payment, health histroty, progress etc in Mindbody software
· Assist trainers in taking clients’ BMI
· Assist Center head in finalizing “Star of the Month”
· Ensure proper client scheduling in mindbody
· Update clients about their next schedules or change in their schedule due to leaves of trainers.
· Update clients for closure days of studio in advance
· Put birthday wishes for client on noticeboard
· Send birthday greetings and festival greetings to clients.
· Communicate clients for they late cancels and early cancels.
· Handle incoming inquiries and maintain data for the same.
· Explain clients’ regarding terms and conditions of studio.
· Other activities to help and assist clients as and when required.
· Handling houseeping team
· Ensure cleanliness in the gym
· Coordinate with vendors for maintanance of AC, electronic appliances, carpentry work, plumbing work etc.
