1. Research target Clients and identify the areas where company’s offerings can be helpful to prospective Clients
2. Cold calling on data collected through lead generation activities.
3. Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information like name, designation, contact number and emails.
4. Set up appointments, telephonic / face to face with the prospective Clients
5. Handle Inbound leads, assist updating of data in Lead Management System (LMS)
6. Proactive follow-up at every stage of Enquiry/ Quotation/ Negotiation/ Closure
7. Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
8. Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Director
9. Explore other avenues for Achieving Sales Target.
10. Handle Lead generation, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, Follow ups and also coordinate with technical team.
