The Role of a Community Outcome Support Worker:

A Driving Licence is essential for this position, as well as experience within the Healthcare industry.

Number of Hours – 20 hours covering shifts of 7am – 2pm, 4pm – 11pm, including weekends.

The role involves supporting individuals in your local community with their independence, dignity and quality of life being of the highest importance. Responsibilities include; personal care, meal preparation, medication and other duties outlined within their personal care plan.
