Description 

Nescot is a forward-looking College of Further & Higher Education that serves a large area of South East England with a wide range of vocational and academic courses, both full and part time. The College is situated in Ewell, close to Epsom in Surrey, and is located in the green belt near Epsom Downs and can easily be accessed either by car (junctions 8-10 on the M25) or rail (Ewell West is close and the college is next to Ewell East where you can get regular direct trains to Clapham Junction and Victoria).  The College was last inspected in February 2016 retaining its overall grading of ‘Good’ under the robust new Ofsted standards.

We are currently recruiting to the following position: 
Estates Officer Late Shift
From £16,327 to £18,719 p.a. (dependent on experience)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person with DIY skills to join our Estates team in order to ensure our vibrant and developing campus is safe and welcoming. The role is varied with duties to include locking and unlocking the college, setting up rooms for classes and events, moving furniture, delivering goods around the college, and undertaking minor repairs and general maintenance.
You will have good communication skills and be adaptable in your approach to changing priorities. You will enjoy working as part of a team, but equally comfortable working alone and using your own initiative.
Previous experience would be beneficial but training will be provided.
Working pattern:
Monday - Thursday 2pm – 10.30pm
Friday: 2pm to 9pm (on a rota basis 2pm-11pm to cover external bookings)
Saturday 6.30 am -17.30 on a rota basis
